Unavailability of Product
Inventory of all products advertised on TecRoot.lk is not always in stock at the back-end. If the customer has ordered an out of stock product(s) by paying via payment gateway or bank transfer, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the only remedy available for the unavailability of a product is the refund of the money paid.
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation E-mail”). The Order Confirmation E-mail is the acknowledgement that we have received your order and has been passed for processing and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, when we have confirmed the product is in stock and is ready to be delivered.
Vouchers
Vouchers once bought are non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash and cannot be reused.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
